11:00 AM – 12:00 PM — The right to disconnect

We'll devote this first part to a topical subject: the right to disconnect.

We'll cover in particular the sanctions applicable to employers since July 2026 in cases of failure to respect rest periods outside working hours, as well as the obligations and best practices to know.

This session will help attendees better understand the new rules, their implications for businesses, and answer participants' questions.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Lunch & exchanges between members

We'll continue the gathering over a convivial lunch, ideal for exchange and sharing.

It will also be an opportunity for members to present their recommendations, share their best practices, discoveries, news, or favourite finds.

A special moment to exchange, share experiences, develop contacts, and strengthen ties between members.
