The controller responsible for the data collected on this site is:
Synergie 360° (S360), a non-profit association (ASBL) under Luxembourg law, whose registered office is located at 19, rue de la Gare, L-3237 Bettembourg, Luxembourg.
2. Data collected
As part of the use of this site, we may collect the following data:
- Data submitted through the contact form: first name, last name, email, company, subject and message content
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (where applicable, via cookies or audience measurement tools)
No sensitive data (health, political or religious opinions, etc.) is collected through this site.
3. Purposes of processing
The data collected is used for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact and membership requests submitted through the site's form
- Managing relationships with S360 network Partners and Members
- Improving the operation and content of the site
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based, depending on the case, on:
- Your consent, particularly when you fill in the contact form
- S360's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of its network and its site

- 3 years from the last contact, for data originating from the contact form
- For the entire duration of your membership in the network, for data relating to Partners and Members, then 1 year after the end of this relationship

Your data is intended exclusively for authorised S360 members responsible for managing the network and handling contact requests. It is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data may be shared with our technical service providers (hosting, email sending) strictly to the extent necessary for the performance of their services, and in compliance with the GDPR.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data in the cases provided for by law
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing, in particular for prospecting purposes
- Right to data portability
